THT -Technique to help ADHD

I developed a couple of emotional clearing techniques. I call them THT for Two Hands Touching and EZDS for EZ Deletion Sequence. I work as a special education assistant. THT has helped students with ADHD, fears, anxiety and more. I am trying to get it out there to as many people as I can. I also developed an experiment guide for the EZDS. I still need to make one for THT for ADHD when I get people who want to do it. I will need to collect data first, but I don't know what. So you can help me with that. You can learn them on my website and facebook page.

After you read the instructions and watch the videos, let me know if you have any questions. Also, I would love to hear how it helps you or your loved one/s. Let me know if you want to participate in an experiment to prove whether it improves ADHD. Thanks!

I really like this, juniper. Thank you!

You're welcome! Are you saying that you like the THT or the post? Thanks :)

I liked the THT. It's simple, and it's very clarifying. Like a Mini-Mindfulness session.

Yes, it is like instant deep meditation or instant deep relaxation.

This is great juniper and should help many, at least the ones willing to try it.

I was introduced to 'tapping' years back after a car accident to deal with PTSD, by a PhD psychologist. I see that it has evolved since then, as now they are using meridians all over the body, but she taught me the method of tapping your pointer and middle fingers on the palm of the opposite hand, and it helped me to deal with riding in a car again and eventually to get back behind the wheel and drive.

I was told about EFT tapping after my last accident. However, it hurt my shoulders to do it. So I began studying other modalities and developed EZDS, and then THT.

Oh yes, yours is much less invasive and more calming!

Please let me know how this helps you and/or your loved one/s. Thanks
