There seems to be quite a controversy about which is better? Anyone have a preference? Suggest both?
Every individual is different I know some people work better with therapy, some people work better with diet. myself, I do better with medication as well as diet
I use my foods as my meds and really think that Therapy rewires our brains and helps the nutrients we eat. That is if we aren't adding anything in a box or bag and cut out refined sugars. It works for me.
