Having ADHD has really been a challenge all my life. I have struggled through having friends that really want to be my friend, being accepted for the way I am and not for who I am not, and always enduring negative comments about me made by others. I hope that I can find support here and information on how I can deal with ADHD. There are times that I have thoughts of negativity that people have said to me and it really depresses me. What can I do to stop these thoughts from coming into my mind? How can I control my impulses?
